Service 02 — Creative direction
Creative direction for brands that want to stand out
My role is to lead with vision, inspire teams and make creative decisions that align strategy with execution. It’s not about imposing ideas, but about creating the space for the best ideas to happen.

One vision, many teams
Today a brand speaks in many places at once: social media, paid digital, point of sale, billboards, email, the app. When each piece is handled by a different person with no shared direction, the brand fragments and the message gets lost.
Creative direction is what holds it all together. It defines the concept, sets the tone and visual style, and guides every team —in-house, agency or supplier— so the final result feels like one brand.
With over 15 years leading branding, campaign and communication projects, my work lives at the point where creativity drives results and business finds meaning.
— Who it’s for
When a brand needs direction
In-house teams without creative direction
You have designers or a marketing team producing a lot, but you’re missing someone to set the course and look after the quality of every piece.
Brands with several suppliers
Media agency, photographer, designer, printer: each one does their part well, but no one makes sure it all speaks the same language.
Campaigns and launches
A launch or a big campaign where the concept has to work just as well online, outdoors and at the point of sale.

Frequently asked questions
What does a creative director do?
She defines the idea and style of a brand or campaign, and leads the teams that produce it so every piece answers to that idea. She’s the bridge between strategy and execution.
Can I have creative direction without changing agencies?
Yes. Creative direction can work alongside your current agency and suppliers, giving them a shared direction instead of replacing them.
Do you work with my in-house team?
Yes. A big part of the work is guiding in-house teams: organizing the process, giving clear briefs and raising the quality of what they already produce.
Is it per project or ongoing?
Whatever your brand needs: per campaign or launch, or as ongoing support. We define it in our first conversation.
Does it include photo, video or media production?
Creative direction defines and supervises. Production is coordinated with your team or with the right suppliers for each piece.
